Install Miniconda ​

Change the conda mirror ​

Create a virtual environment ​

Activate the virtual environment ​

Install ffmpeg ​

Verify the installation succeeded

Download the LeRobot code ​

lerobot-7dof.zip

Option B: Download the official code repository and manually replace the corresponding files ​

Install the code repository ​
